HAPPY 14th BIRTHDAY TO LEE YANTING meii!!!today is thursday=db training!

pull-ups-->3(at least i broke my ZERO okay,though still suck)sit-ups-->49(in 1 min,okay lorr..haahaa)2.4km run-->13th position,10mins17secs(not bad okay,10mins30secs to pass)im DAMN tired!tomo bike pract2,3rd attempt!
